Michael J. Lerman is an experienced real estate investor and entrepreneur, who has a diverse background in the real estate business. Michael started investing in real estate thirty years ago. He has built an impressive portfolio in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida including single-family, duplex, multi-family  and commercial properties all of which are self-managed. In addition, Michael has extensive knowledge and experience with creative financing options.

 

Michael's experience in real estate includes being Board President of several condominium communities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and managing several large real estate networking groups. He also has a real estate license which he uses for investment purposes.

 

Being passionate as an entrepreneur, he has also owned and operated several successful businesses over the years which has added to his professional skills.

 

One of the best investments Michael has made is partnering with his wife Rebecca. Rebecca has experience in marketing & public relations, and the mortgage business. She is dedicated to participating in the management of the properties, striving for the best possible ratings and customer satisfaction. Her talent as a decorator and designer has helped the renovations of the properties to be very warm and welcoming.

 

What sets them apart is that they both are very hands on. They pride themselves in self managing the rental process from beginning to end. Often times they will greet you at check in and they are both easily accessible during your stay. The couple spends their time with their dog Rosie and their family in Cherry Hill and Ventnor, New Jersey. Michael and Rebecca's goal is to play and work together to create a thriving real estate organization that provides people with living areas that bring them joy and comfort and lasting memories.
